Body ThankYouology Workshops and Coaching
Workshops are available to introduce the concepts of Body ThankYouology. Two-hour sessions provide the foundation for Body ThankYouoilogy principles, basic tools and at least a dozen effective practices that are simple and easy to implement. Available for church groups, health facilities, wellness centers, and other venues which support health and well-being.
Coaching is also available for individuals and groups to learn and practice the art of saying thank you to their body on a weekly basis. Read More
