My speaking career began in 1983 following the first of many appearances on the Los Angeles-based motivational television program, There Is A Way hosted by Rev. Dale Batesole.  The phone rang often asking me to speak as a guest at churches, organization meetings and more.  Other television and radio appearances followed and I am grateful the phone continues to ring.

Creating a unique presentation every time!

One of my favorite techniques is to have index cards with thank you related questions that audience members pick from the deck.  My keynote is customized on the spot.  The order of cards and the topics selected are different every time.  This approach keeps the information fresh and spontaneous.  With heartfelt thank you’s as I go, the power of gratitude that gives me the confidence to speak “in the moment”.

There is lots of audience participation and everyone leaves with a whole new look at the art of saying thank you!  They are ready to put thank you into action and be a THANKYOUOLOGIST.
