Money or Acknowledgment?
Interesting title for a blog about ThankYouology, right? Actually it’s not that strange. Studies have been conducted to determine what matters most to employees. Being recognized and thanked is tops on the list. Many professionals make a living teaching corporate management the importance of acknowledging their employees and offer hundreds of ways to do so. It’s always been a favorite topic of mine as well–one that I can really advocate for when I talk about the art of saying thank you. (more…)
